Nose: Initially detect salted caramel and sea-spray giving way to charred pineapple, vanilla fudge
and stone fruits
Palate: Thick and mouth-coating with caramel and BBQ’d banana balanced by toasted oak and
peated Malt.
Finish: Lingers long with candied ginger, brown sugar and just a touch of smoke.
